The third transnational project meeting of the DeafCitizen project took place in Madrid 🇪🇸 on 7–8 October 2025. Representatives of all partner organisations involved in the project attended the meeting, including Marek Kanaš. The main objective of the event was to review the project’s progress to date, coordinate upcoming activities, and strengthen cooperation among international partners 🤝.

The programme of the first day focused on introductory presentations and creating space for the exchange of information among partners 💬. This was followed by discussions on Work Package WP2, specifically the questionnaire, its content, processing, and the use of its results 📊. After a break, the discussion continued on the questionnaire and on Work Package WP3, which focuses on the development of e-learning outputs 💻. The afternoon programme concentrated on further development of the e-learning materials and on planning the summer school, including organisational and content-related aspects ☀️📚. The first day concluded with a joint informal dinner, which contributed to strengthening partnership relationships 🍽️.

The second day of the meeting continued with an expert discussion on Work Packages WP4 and WP5, focused on the development of a hybrid book 📖 and a professional glossary 📘. Partners shared their experiences, defined the next steps, and distributed tasks related to these outputs. This was followed by a summary of the project’s achievements so far and an open space for questions, suggestions, and feedback 🗣️. The meeting concluded with a final evaluation and the official closure of the third transnational project meeting by the Teiresiás organisation ✅.

The project meeting in Madrid significantly contributed to aligning the activities of the DeafCitizen project partners, strengthening international cooperation 🌍, and further advancing the project in line with its defined objectives 🚀.
