27–28 October 2025, Instituto dei Sordi di Torino, Italy 🇮🇹🤝
At the end of October, the final fourth transnational project meeting of the Deaf Culture, Heritage and Diversity partners took place at the Instituto dei Sordi di Torino in Italy. The Slovak organisation Innosign was represented by Marek Kanaš 🇸🇰. The aim of the meeting was to complete all remaining project tasks, review the final outputs, check the website and finances, and agree on the last steps before the official closing of the project.

After the initial welcome, the partners summarised what had been achieved during the past year. Innosign presented the current status of WP2, while Equalizent/WITAF shared updates on WP3, pilot trainings, and the prepared materials. Together, they also worked on the development of the final handbook and reviewed the status of videos and scripts within WP4. The first day concluded with a discussion about possibilities for future cooperation.

The following morning focused on checking whether the project was progressing according to plan. The partners reviewed the areas of quality, dissemination, and sustainability, ensuring that all goals were being met. After a short break, the meeting continued with a review of the project website, led once again by Innosign. Turkoois then presented the financial overview and the steps necessary to finalise the budget. After lunch, the partners completed the final evaluation of the work plan and the overall project goals. The meeting ended with a short discussion, farewell, and a group photo 📸😊.

The final fourth meeting confirmed that the project is successfully reaching its conclusion. The partners completed all required tasks, checked quality and finances, and prepared the last steps before submitting the final project results. The participation of Marek Kanaš from Innosign played an important role, especially in quality management, WP2, and the overall project evaluation.
