The Career Paths Inclusive 2 project is a continuation of the successful Career Paths Inclusive project under the Erasmus+ program. Our goal is to create and test digital multimedia career guidance tools in sign language that will help deaf young people plan their careers and find employment opportunities.
Inspirational Videos and Practical Learning
The project offers:
🎥 40 videos featuring deaf role models sharing their career stories in sign language.
📚 Educational videos on job application processes – from reading job postings, creating resumes, to mastering job interviews.
📝 Videos are enhanced with subtitles, animations, and clear texts to make them accessible to a wide range of users.
🎓 A detailed professional training course that boosts the confidence and independence of deaf young people in planning their career paths.
International Collaboration
The project involves organizations from Austria 🇦🇹 and Slovakia 🇸🇰, which participated in its first phase, along with new partners from Italy 🇮🇹 and the Netherlands 🇳🇱.
This collaboration allows us to expand our materials to include Italian Sign Language (LIS) and Dutch Sign Language (NGT).
