The third transnational meeting within the Let’s sign about S<3X project took place on April 7 and 11, 2025, in Brno, Czech Republic, hosted by the organization UNB. The meeting was attended by Marek Kanaš and Diana Majerčáková.
The first day, April 7, began with a technical setup and a welcome session. Project partners reviewed the current status of the project and the progress of individual work packages. Equalizent presented an overview of recent developments, followed by a presentation of Work Package 2 led by Turkoois.
After a short break, the program continued with an update on Work Package 3, delivered by UNB and Innosign. The session included a discussion of the achieved results and next steps. Following the lunch break, partners focused on Work Package 4, led by IST, which addressed technical aspects and suggestions for further improvements.
The day concluded with joint preparation for the upcoming LTTA (Learning, Teaching, Training Activity), involving all partners. After the official agenda, participants were given a tour of the UNB facilities, where they had the opportunity to learn more about the organization’s environment, equipment, and approach to work.
From April 8 to 10, the LTTA took place, focused on practical exchange of experiences, testing of project outputs, and deepening professional knowledge. The activity proved beneficial for all participants, supporting mutual learning and cooperation among the project partners.
The final day of the meeting, April 11, was dedicated to evaluating the LTTA outcomes and planning the next steps in the project. Discussions focused on the timeline for the coming months, preparation of upcoming events, dissemination activities led by Innosign, and quality assurance coordinated by Turkoois. In the closing session, all partners had space for open discussion and sharing their perspectives.
The entire meeting was marked by a constructive and collaborative atmosphere, which greatly contributed to strengthening the partnership and advancing the Let’s sign about S<3X project.
