On 21 January 2025, the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting took place in Vienna at the WITAF premises. Diana Majerčáková and Marek Kanaš from the Innosign organization participated in the event and contributed to discussions on key aspects of the projects, including the DCHD project – Deaf, Culture, Heritage, and Diversity.

The event began with a welcome to the participants and technical preparation, ensuring a smooth flow of the day. Attendees had the opportunity to get to know the facilities and equipment of WITAF, which contributed to creating a pleasant atmosphere for networking.

Next, a summary of the previous year was presented by the Turkoois organization from the Netherlands. This summary was valuable as participants could reflect on the achievements and important moments. The discussion focused on progress in various work packages and the overall advancement of the projects, including DCHD, which focuses on the culture, heritage, and diversity of deaf individuals.

Innosign presented updates within work package WP2, covering key aspects that influenced the development of the project. Representatives from Equalizent, Austria, shared the current status of work package WP3, contributing to a better understanding of the overall progress.

After a coffee break, which allowed participants to relax and have informal discussions, the meeting continued with clarifications of current topics within work package WP4. Turkoois led a brainstorming session where participants shared their expectations and ideas for future activities.

The discussion also focused on project management, where key documents such as the work plan, interim report, and aspects of quality management were discussed. Participants agreed on the importance of sustainability and effective communication within projects.

During the lunch break, participants had the opportunity to recharge and exchange views in an informal setting. After lunch, discussions continued, covering various topics and preparations for activities in the LTTA.

The continuation of the transnational project meeting took place on Friday, 24 January 2025, again in Room 1 at WITAF. The program included an evaluation of the curriculum, where participants had the opportunity to assess the results achieved and discuss improvements. These discussions were very productive and contributed to shaping the next steps of the project.

Participants first focused on relaxation and reflection on the previous days of LTTA, followed by a detailed evaluation of the curriculum, where everyone contributed their views and experiences. Coffee breaks allowed participants to gather new insights and continue discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.

The event ended with many new ideas and suggestions. All participants are looking forward to future meetings and collaboration to jointly contribute to the development of the projects, including DCHD, and to achieving their goals.
