On 11 October 2024, the third transnational project meeting (TPM3) took place in the beautiful surroundings of Turin, Italy. This meeting, which was a significant milestone within the Financial Sign project, was organized by IST and provided partners with the opportunity to evaluate the results achieved so far, resolve open questions, and plan the next steps. The meeting, attended by Marek Kanaš, allowed partners to actively discuss, exchange experiences, and contribute to shaping the next phases of the project. The full-day program was carefully designed to foster effective collaboration and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
The meeting began with a welcome address to the participants and the technical setup necessary for the successful execution of the day. This was followed by a discussion led by equalizent, focusing on open questions and tasks related to Work Package 3 (WP3). Partners collectively reviewed the outputs of WP3, which was crucial for determining the future direction of the project.
The next part of the program focused on Work Package 4 (WP4), coordinated by Innosign. The partners worked on preparation and research, analyzed findings from the LTTA (Learning, Teaching, and Training Activities), and planned the implementation of WP4 along with its timeline.
The afternoon session was dedicated to issues related to project quality management. A discussion, led by Innosign, covered the quality of WP3 outputs, checklists for video quality, the overall quality of the Financial Sign project, and the level of cooperation among partners. This was followed by a presentation on project management led by equalizent, which addressed effective project coordination. An important part of the program was a discussion on the sustainability of the project, led by SignCoders, where partners focused on the long-term impact of the project outputs. The working program concluded with a session on project dissemination, presented by IST, aimed at ensuring the results of the Financial Sign project are effectively communicated to both professional audiences and the wider community.
After the end of the working program, a joint dinner followed, offering all partners the opportunity to engage in informal discussions, share experiences, and strengthen relationships in a relaxed setting.
The transnational project meeting was an essential part of the Financial Sign project, allowing partners to assess the progress made and set a clear direction for the next steps. Thanks to the carefully prepared program and the inspiring atmosphere of Turin, the meeting brought new ideas, strengthened team spirit, and contributed to the successful advancement of the project.
