From May 14 to 16, a training session for education professionals took place in Brno, attended by 15 participants from five countries: Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Spain, and Italy. Among the participants were representatives from Innosign, as well as Diana Majerčáková, Marek Kanaš, and Pavel Škrabák. The event was hosted by the Teiresiás Centre at Masaryk University in Brno. One of the main goals of the event was to gather feedback on the guide for education professionals.
The first day, Tuesday, May 14, was dedicated to the arrival of participants. In the afternoon, an introductory meeting was held where attendees introduced themselves, familiarized themselves with the project, and reviewed the program for the following days. In the evening, a cultural program was organized in Brno.
The second day, Wednesday, May 15, was the most intense and demanding. In the morning, we engaged in various educational activities and workshops. We discussed potential changes and improvements to the guide, receiving valuable insights and suggestions from partners. This day highlighted the importance of collaboration and teamwork. After lunch, we visited the Teiresiás Centre, and the training continued until 16:30. Despite the demanding schedule, we found time for a tour of Brno, enjoying the beauty of this historic city. The day concluded with a pleasant barbecue in a friendly atmosphere.
The third day, Thursday, May 16, focused on summarizing and obtaining feedback. In the morning, a discussion was held where participants shared their opinions on the guide. The findings indicated that the guide is well-structured and provides valuable information. Participants appreciated its clarity and practicality, but there were also suggestions for minor improvements, including the addition of specific information and examples.
The gathered feedback and suggestions will be carefully considered and potentially incorporated into future updates of the guide, aiming to continuously enhance this valuable resource for education professionals.
The training in Brno not only provided new knowledge and contacts but also important insights for further improving the guide. We believe that the feedback from participants from five countries will contribute to ensuring that this guide remains an inspiring and useful tool for enhancing education.
