4.7. – 10.7. 2022 INNOSIGN team participated in ART&SIGNS training in Iasi, Romania 🇷🇴. It was organised by our partner organisation ANPEDA 🇷🇴, which together with innosign 🇸🇰 and DHC 🇳🇱, was in charge of managing the training activity and collecting ideas.
Participants were Deaf trainers/hearing sign language users and staff of partners (3 from each country, from Slovakia 🇸🇰, Italy 🇮🇹, Cyprus 🇨🇾, Romania 🇷🇴, the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and Spain 🇪🇸) with experience in teaching and cultural activities and with national sign language and international signs.
The aim of the activities is to develop a new training model and transfer it into a curriculum to provide museum staff with the basic language and technical skills to be able to welcome and accompany deaf visitors in the museum. More photos can be found on the website.
