The main aim is to design, develop and test through digital multimedia tools careers guidance for Deaf young people in sign language. Deaf youth have goals and ideas about their future profession. Thanks to the Career Paths Inclusive, they are fully informed when choosing their future profession. They can be used in integration and vocational schools🏫👩🏼🏫, also in organisations that provide services in employment, counselling and support services in the whole of Central Europe. The tools are available in Austrian🇦🇹, Czech🇨🇿, Slovak🇩🇰 and German🇩🇪 sign language👐🏻. They are also available in German🇩🇪, Czech🇨🇿 and Slovak🇸🇰 written languages.
As a continuation of the Career Paths Inclusive (CPI) is next project Career Paths Inclusive 2 (CPI 2.0), there will be two additional new sign languages and two written languages – Italian🇮🇹 and Dutch🇳🇱. INNOSIGN is the main responsible for the quality management of the CPI 2.0 project, the coordinator is @equalizent from Austria.
