The LTTA (Learning, Teaching, Training Activities) workshop is part of an international project focused on developing professional skills and sharing experiences among experts from different countries. This workshop took place in Vienna from 22 to 24 January 2025, and its aim was to provide participants with the opportunity to work on professional topics, exchange ideas, and gain new skills in the areas of cultural and professional development.

22 January 2025 – Day One
The event began at the WITAF premises with a welcome to the participants and an introduction session. After the opening part, participants were divided into expert groups and began working on the first workshops. Each group prepared its own workshop, which was then presented, and feedback was received from others.

After the lunch break, the program moved to the center of Vienna, where a visit to the Kunsthalle museum was planned. Participants toured the exhibition and participated in a creative workshop in the studio. The evening was dedicated to an informal club meeting at WITAF, where participants had the chance to get to know each other better and exchange experiences in a relaxed atmosphere.

23 January 2025 – Day Two
The second day was again focused on intensive work in expert groups. During the morning, additional rounds of workshops took place, where participants engaged in activities of other groups and provided feedback. Discussions and exchange of ideas helped broaden perspectives on various topics.

After lunch, an organized tour of Vienna followed. Participants had the opportunity to admire historical landmarks and learn more about the city’s culture and history. The afternoon concluded with informal conversations and shared experiences.

24 January 2025 – Last Day
The third day was dedicated to the final phase of the workshops. The groups worked on final presentations and focused on evaluating the entire process. The last round of workshops provided the opportunity to present the results of their work to the other participants and receive final feedback.

After the professional program ended, a concluding evaluation and discussion on the overall outcomes of the event took place. Participants appreciated the opportunity for collaboration, exchange of experiences, and getting to know Vienna not only from a professional but also a cultural perspective.

The LTTA in Vienna thus offered an ideal combination of professional development, cultural enrichment, and building new connections.
